Its low energy consuming disc screw press called ADEQUAPRESS has become very popular among wastewater treatment plant operators who, in addition to its very low running cost, appreciate its reliability and simplicity.
The ADEQUAPRESS is a self-cleaning disc screw press that requires less than 10 Wh to dehydrate one kg of dry solids. Its operating cost (electricity, polymer, water, maintenance, labor ...) is incomparably lower than any other technology. Depending on the project, feedback experiences give a gap in annual operating cost of about 20 000 € for in case of 10 000 PE wastewater plant and 50 000 € for 50 000 PE wastewater plant. On 2011, over thirty-five of ADEEQUAPRESS workshops are under good operation in France, Russia and Ireland.
